Community Health Advocacy Project (Alameda and San Francisco Counties)

The Community Health Advocacy Project (CHAP) helps low-income residents of Alameda and San Francisco county navigate through the maze of today's health care system. CHAP helps people get the health care they need.

CHAP is a project of Bay Area Legal Aid.
