Community Clinics face uncertain future with ACA Repeal

California Health Line examines how community clinics will be impacted if Congress repeals the Affordable Care Act (ACA) or alters Medicaid funding.

More than half of patients who signed up for Medi-Cal after the advent of the ACA have gotten their primary care at community clinics, according to a December 2015 report by the California Health Care Foundation.
