class=\"kt-blocks-info-box-text\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.dhcs.ca.gov\/services\/Documents\/MMCD\/June2018Release.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Data<\/a><\/strong> released in June by California&#8217;s Department of Health Care Services show that nearly 7,000 Medi-Cal patients filed official grievances about \u00abpoor provider\/staff attitude\u00bb in the last three months of 2017, the most recent data available, making it the top quality of care complaint.
